Can I write a building in the course of construction on the Residential Condominium Building Association Policy?
A building in the course of construction cannot be written as a RCBAP unless the condominium association has been established and at least two units sold. Until this occurs, the building should be using “other residential” as the building occupancy on the General Property Form. One to four family buildings are written on the Dwelling Policy Form.
