It depends. If you have not signed an exclusive buyer’s representation agreement with another broker/agent, then Buyers House Realty may be able to represent you in the transaction. However, if you have entered into an exclusive agency agreement with another brokerage/agent, you may not work with Buyers House Realty until such an agreement expires.
