No. eVSM v2.x will recognize the file as being created in a newer version and will not allow you to open it in eVSM v2.x. This is to avoid the file getting corrupted through editing in an older version of eVSM. If you need to open an eVSM v3 file in eVSM v2 only for viewing/printing purposes, then you can do so by clicking the Disable Macros button when you see the following prompt at start up. Note that you will see this only if you have your macro security set to Medium or higher.
