Can I wet the herbs to keep them from falling out of the whip?
We specifically advise against adding any liquid to the herbs once they are inside the Whip, but you are welcome to try with caution. A single drip of water can break the heater or shatter the hot glass at the tip of the Whip. It is better to start out with moist herbs before packing them in the Whip. A safe way to hydrate herbs in their container is to add a tiny amount of moisture such as a single citrus peel.
