Can I wear flippers or fins, a life jacket, mask or snorkel?
Yes masks, fins, snorkels, and life jackets are all OK. Anything goes for our event! The Long Bridge Swim is focused on fun and participation, so there really are no restrictions except motorized propulsion. We’ve had individuals with kick boards, water noodles, life jackets, fins, and several very creative costumes as well. Those with swim aids don’t qualify for “speed” awards, naturally.
