Yes, you may wear our garments even if you haven’t had surgery of any kind. Although our garments will temporarily (while the garment is on) reduce the size of your arms, thighs or calves, we have not yet been able to scientifically prove those results will stay permanent (when the garment is off). We recommend our vests and sleeves (FV and SL styles) for the arms and/or back and our every day shorts and capris (TS1 and TC1 styles) for the thighs and calves.
