Can i wear casual clothes such as jean in the Main Dining Room on Royal Caribbean Cruise?
Usually they will not turn you away but the proper attire is business casual type dress. Jeans and shorts do not fit this. There will probably be at least 1 formal night where it is expected to wear a dress or suit. Its not that bad to throw on a nice summer dress or some capris and a decent shirt for a few nights. . If you don’t want to dress up, there is the Windjammer Buffet that is open every night serving much of the same things that the Dining Room serves and allows casual dress. There are a number of cruisers that get irritated that some individuals decide to dress down in the dining room as well as the fact that the cruise often does not enforce the dress code that is set for the dining room. I would be respectful to follow the dress code of the dining room if you plan on dining in it.
