Yes, though it is not recommended. A fluent/native born Spanish speaker may not have specific experience with Medical Spanish terminology. If a student would like to waive the course, please contact the HHP advisor. They will set up an appointment to meet with the faculty advisor to discuss your request. If your skills are at a good conversational level, a Medical Spanish Waiver Exam with the Faculty Advisor will be scheduled. This will be an oral exam.
