You can visit all the mosques without paying an entrance fee in Turkey. But they don’t let tourists in during the prayer hours. The hours of visit, you can find at the entry. For the other mosques, you can use the main (and the only) entrance but as the Blue Mosque is very frequently visited by tourists, they ask you to use another entrance on the side of the mosque and the exit is at the opposite side. “Tourists must enter through the north gate and remove their shoes at the entrance (plastic bags for shoes are provided). Modest dress is required for both men and women and women must cover their heads. Wraps are provided when deemed necessary by mosque officials.” So yes! You can visit and look inside, just as long as you follow the rules posted, and do everything required by the mosque officials. Also, here’s an ONLINE 3D tour of the mosque, in case you don’t end up going, or you’d like a preview. http://www.3dmekanlar.com/blue_mosque.ht… 😀 You’re welcome.

Yes you can visit the “Blue Mosque” providing it’s not the time of prayers. Though you will have to wear a scarf if you wish to enter the actual mosque itself. It’s a must to see place.
