Can I View Thumbnails In Outline Panel Of Normal View?

Seems I’ve been able to do this before but can’t now. I’m using OfficeXP. I want to see thumbnails (a partial slide sorter view) in the outline panel of the Normal view. It’s easier for me to recognize slides coming up in my show that way than to read the text of the slides.
