Can I view the data of an already uploaded STDF file in Yield Power SQL ( semiconductor Defect Management Software )?

The user can upload STDF file containing 32000 columns and unlimited rows. Yes, click on the menu option “Test Data in the “Maintenance” Manu. Resultant Data Detail form will be opened. Select a test data file from the Data File drop down list and the test data for the selected file will be displayed in the window.
