If your printer spooling format supports EMF, then you are able to view the content of the print jobs (waiting jobs / deleted jobs / printed jobs) and move waiting jobs to a different printer or reprint printed jobs / deleted jobs. Printer Admin – Print Job Manager must be installed on the print server, and the option “view the content of print jobs” must be selected in Preferences –> Print Jobs. If you can’t preview the print job, please follow the steps below: Step 1: check if the spool file format is #####.spl where ##### is the number (for example 00002.spl) in the content directory e.g. C:\Program Files\CZ Solution\Printer Admin – Print Job Manager\content. If yes, go to step 2. If it shows FP#####, please follow the instructions in Question 21 to turn off Spool File Pooling.
