No, at this time students cannot view their account balance or remaining Print Quota using MyMonitor. While there are balances displayed on the user activity statement, these amounts are not correct. Developers are currently working to fully enable this function, but in the meantime students can see their remaining balances when using a Print Release Station in the Computing Labs, or a Card Swipe Unit or Vending Tower Unit located adjacent to a Multi-Function Device. If students have additional questions regarding their account balance they should contact the Helpdesk at (773) 442-4357 or HELP or visit LWH-0004 and ask to speak with a system administrator.
