No (not yet), currently the only way to get back to your eCard is through the links that you receive in an email after sending.

Yes! When you sign into your MyPunchbowl account, click on “eCards” in the global naviation at the top of the page to view and edit all of your sent eCards in an eCard dashboard. You can also add recipients and share your eCards on social networking sites.
