Currently, Billings Clinic patients can give permission to another adult to access their medical information via the Internet. This service, called Proxy Access, allows spouses, adult children and other home caregivers to more easily help the patient manage his or her health care needs. A parent or legal guardian can also request online access to their children under 18 years of age. To obtain authorization to access a family member’s medical record in MyBillingsClinic, please contact the Health Information Management department, 406-657-4676 or 406-238-2589.
