No you can notupload them to google images. However it is not impossible to make them show. I know as I have several pics that show on the first page of google images for the keywords I want. What you need to do is start a blog or free website and add your pics to them. Name your pics according to what you want them to show up for when people search on google. Also, use the alt tags, this helps out bunches. So my answer is no you can not upload them but you can certainly make them show with a little bit of work.
