As the other answer notes you cannot use two antivirus software programs. Additionally, System Mechanic is trash and will destroy your registry. Never use that. If you want to use a registry cleaner then use Ccleaner and/or Glary Utility. Both are free and trustworthy.* http://www.ccleaner.com/ http://glarysoft.com/ I would also recommend you install Malwarebytes which can be used with Norton. Get rid of Webroot.
