Can I use webnwalk abroad?
Yes, you can use it wherever T-Mobile has a GPRS or 3G roaming agreement. Visit our roaming section and select the country you’re visiting to check if we have an agreement with GPRS or 3G networks there. Please note: Although you’ll be able to access the internet, you can’t use your ‘unlimited’ access while abroad. Standard charges will apply on top of your web’n’walk rate. Visit our brochure section to see current data charges. If you’re planning on using web’n’walk abroad, you may need to set roaming up before you go – call Customer Services on 150.
