Can I use wall paint to paint my cement floor?

No. Use only paint recommended for floors. They can stand up to foot traffic. Wall paint will peel and be rubbed off. You can find good quality floor paint at Home D and Lowes. Maybe even Walmart. Follow the can directions. It is important that you start with a clean floor. Use only latex (water base) paint. Interior or exterior is ok. http://www.olympic.com/professionals/fas… Kilz exterior satin can be used on cement floors but not garage floors. http://www.kilz.com/kcc/products.aspx Valspar latex is probably the best. http://www.valspar.com/products/product/… These paints will run from $25-35. a gallon. Remember…the most important part of any painting job is the prep work.
