Yes, TurboIIS v4.0 was designed specifically for use with Windows 2003. It was generated according to the technology made available by IIS 6. Because IIS 6 has a much more complex architecture than IIS 5, we have designed an entirely new version of TurboIIS which works not only with ISAPI filters for each work process but a central service to respond to all the requests.
