Can I use TrueSafe to backup my Outlook email and contacts?

Yes. Your Outlook data is stored in a .pst file. By default, this file is located in “C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook”. With it’s locked file support, TrueSafe will even backup your Outlook files without requiring you to close your Outlook application.
