Can I use this utility to configure my ipLease DHCP Server?

You are configuring what we call a basic network if 1) the DHCP server provides leases to only one IP network, and 2) the ipLease DHCP Server resides on that network. If your configuration meets these requirements, proceed to Step 2. Otherwise, please follow the instructions in the documentation supplied with your ipLease software distribution.
