However, since tickets cannot be collected outside of the JR-East area (Tokyo metropolitan area and the Kanto, Tohoku, and Joshinetsu regions), this site intended primarily for customers who are entering Japan via Narita International Airport (NRT) or Tokyo International Airport (Haneda/HND). (Cities where tickets cannot be collected include Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, or Sapporo.
