Yes, please contact your local eCom Helpdesk for the account number to be used for Transport Collect shipments (please note that the account number differs from country to country). Then, create a new Shipper (use ‘Collect’ as the shipper Code) and add the received account number. Whenever you have a collect shipment, please use this shipper address.
