Yes. Free Plan users who also select the Templates add-on will have access to the HTML code for the templates in that library. Additionally, you can build your listings with the Title, Item Description, Images (using the free 1MB image hosting) and all the desired template customizations and simply copy the HTML code over to eBay’s listing tools. You’ll also be able to use the Seller Details Profile so you can include Payment, Shipping, About Us, Contact Us and Terms of Sale information in the template HTML code.
