YES! The 32-bit TDEScipher/DLL control uses the Pascal (aka “Standard”) calling convention that is supported in Visual Basic and virtually all other Windows development environments. Sample VB code ships with the TDEScipher/DLL distribution, and the TDESutil project is available for download.
