For those of you who have home computers, but do not have anti-virus software loaded on it (such as McAffee or Norton), you can load the University’s new Sophos anti-virus software on it. The University’s license extends to home computers. You will not be able to use the automatic update feature as you can here at the university, but you can certainly update manually on a regular basis.
