No. The online use of the SOCOM 3/Combined Assault Map Packs is tied to the SOCOM 3/Combined Assault account from which you purchased the Map Pack. The Map Packs can only be used online with the SOCOM 3 account that purchased them and cannot be shared or used by any other SOCOM 3/Combined Assault account.
