Yes, but as with any sleep training method, do check on your baby periodically to make sure they’re okay. We have found that there is sleep association with the Snap CozyTM tuck in process which can actually help in sleep training. It is never recommended to use the Snap CozyTM blanket as a restraint or means to keep baby confined.
