You can but it’s really not necessary. If you do you should clean the foil and blades after every shave because they will definitely start to gum up with shaving slag. To use The Total Shaving Solution with the Cleancut or any dry electric shaver massage no more than one or two drops of TSS into the area to be shaved (do not add water) and then proceed as usual. A better idea is to use The Total Shaving Solution as a refreshing aftershave. Simply massage a drop or two of TSS with a little water into your skin (or just do it during your shower) for a nicely cool and soothing post-shave experience. Note: the Seiko Cleancut is a dry shaver only and should never be used with water.
