No. The Oracle-Outlook sync is no longer supported on the campus, see previous blog on that topic. Use of the Google App Sync for MS Outlook requires you to setup a new Outlook profile. If you require Outlook we strongly encourage the use of the Google supported connector in lieu of just IMAP. The connector provides a more seamless integration with the Google environment.
