Can I use the old style BLT bulbs in my new Gamma-Ray or X-Ray system?

top Old style BLT MR-11 bulbs will not fit into new systems due to their receiver size. Also, electrically they are not fully compatible as the older sets used 6 volt bulbs and the newer models use 4.8 volt bulbs, so even if they do fit, the light output of the older bulbs will look quite a bit lower than if the correct replacement bulb was used.
