Can I use the oDesk tools with non-oDesk users?
Yes. You can register for an account without posting a job, then utilize the tools yourself, and even add some of your colleagues to your new oDesk account. You can have in-house staff logged into your oDesk team room to improve collaboration between them and your remote workteam. Just keep us in mind when you need additional resources—you can always post a job!
