Can I use the Nexion name in advertising and communications to consumers?
Nexion members may not use the Nexion logo or name in any consumer-directed marketing. As an independent business, each Nexion member will use and promote their own business name. If an agent feels they need to share the benefit of belonging to Nexion, they must identify themselves as an independent affiliate of Nexion in all branding and marketing.
