All of the Library’s computer stations have the 2003 version of the Microsoft programs Word, Powerpoint, Publisher, Excel and Access. If you want to save a file you’ve created or edited using these programs on a Library computer you must bring either a floppy disk or a USB flash drive. You also have the option of e-mailing the file to yourself if you have an Internet e-mail account which allows you access via the web. You cannot save a file to a CD or DVD disk on the Library’s computers. The DVD drives on Library computers are read-only.
