The Toolkit works with Forte for Java, Community Edition 3.0. It has not been designed, tested, or integrated to work with NetBeans source. You can try using the Toolkit module with NetBeans source, but it probably will not work because of changes in the NetBeans source that are incompatible with the Toolkit source.
