Yes, the stabilizer bar can be installed on stock trucks or on trucks with 2″-2.5″ of lift. The bar is safe to use with all HBS leveling kits as well as many other brands of similar type leveling kits. The stabilizer bar does not affect the geometry of the suspension in any way. If the stabilizer bar is installed without any type of lift kit then it is NOT necessary to have an alignment done after installation.
