Can I use the FlexCard to pay for personal purchases?

No. Unlike the Corporate Travel Card, liability for purchases made with the FlexCard rests with the University not the Cardholder. Even if you intend to/reimburse the University, use of the FlexCard for personal purchases will be grounds for disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.
