No, the Flat Rate Box is clearly marked “Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service”. You can only use the Flat Rate Box with the Expedited Parcel Flat Rate Box shipping labels at the pre-determined flat rates for Regional, National, and USA shipments, available only through eBay’s Online Shipping tool (see Flat Rate Box Pricing). You cannot use the Flat Rate Box with any of the other Canada Post shipping services available through eBay’s Online Shipping tool.
