Yes, you can use the FishText mobile application on your new phone. If you keep the same number when you change phones, all you need to do is to install the mobile application on your new phone and login to your account with your mobile number and password. To update your Web Contacts and Groups to your new phone, you will need to synchronise your mobile application with your online account, you can do this by selecting Options > Synchronise. If you have a new phone number as well as a new phone, you will need to login to your online account and change your mobile number before you install the FishText mobile application on your new phone.
