Yes. The grade from your CLEP or Placement Exam must appear on your academic transcript in order to be used as prerequisite to a higher level course. Contact your institution or the institution where you took the exam to request having the grade reported on your academic transcript prior to taking a higher level course. Please note the exam score itself will not allow you into a higher level course.
