Nope. There is no way to display your Windows VGA screen on the Buz video output. The Buz composite and S-video output connections are only for AVI playback. Specifically, they reproduce in analog video any movie file that uses the MJPEG codec for playback. The analog output will also show the incoming video during capture (loopback).
