The device must have the AVRCP Bluetooth profile and it must be listed as “approved” for the “Bluetooth audio” feature on the compatibility list for the steering wheel and audio unit switches to work. Skip forward/backward is available on the steering wheel and on the audio unit. Play and pause are only available from the audio unit controls. Note: Drive responsibly. Some state laws prohibit the operation of handheld electronic devices while operating a vehicle. For safety reasons, always launch your audio application or perform any other operations on your phone or audio device only when the vehicle is safely parked.
