Can I use the Bank of America Visa Emergency Relief Contingency Card at an ATM to withdraw money?
Yes, you can use it to obtain cash at a Bank of America ATM or ATM displaying the Visa symbol or name. Bank of America ATM withdrawals are at no charge; however, if you use a non Bank of America ATM a Withdrawal fee of $1.50 will be deducted and any additional charges will be deducted directly from the amount remaining on the Card.
