No, you are not able to exactly calculate your electricity bill. Please be aware that your electricity bill includes other charges such as standing charges or supply charges. In addition there are software limitations in the IHD which may mean that a fractional difference in the tariff applied by the IHD, (rounding) will see a slightly different number than the amount displayed on the bill.
