Can I use the ALA Annual Conference logo to promote my company’s participation in the ALA Annual Conference & Exhibition?
The custom logo of this year’s Conference is the property of the American Library Association and may not be used unless it is the intent of the exhibitor to use the logo for the sole purpose to promote the Conference in good taste. All use of the logo requires written approval of Show Management. The electronic buttons are provided for you to communicate with your customers and audience that you will be exhibiting, and are the ALA’s preferred way for you to indicate participation. If permission to use the logo is granted, the logo must be used in its entirety including all text elements; no elements of the artwork may be used separately or integrated into other promotional designs. The logo may not be altered in any way. To request permission to use the Annual Conference logo, please email Paul Graller at pgraller@ala.org. Please include details on how you plan to use the logo.
