• We have been informed that Terminal Services that comes with Windows 2003 Server Edition is able to redirect printer ports to the remote location so you can get the ticket printers to print remotely. This new version of Terminal Services appears to deal with remote ticket printing by allowing a way to map the LPT ports to the remote computer. Theatre Manager needs mapping directly to the LPT printer port. • This option has not been tested by Arts Management System’s inhouse testing team to confirm that it does work properly.
