Yes. Standard efficiency above ground TEFC and ODP motors can be controlled by the Aquavar without additional filtering. In most cases you can achieve a 10:1 turn down ratio with safe operation. Vertical Hollow shaft (VHS) and Vertical Solid Shaft (VSS) motors may require Premium Efficient motors when used with drives.
