Can i use soy milk as alternative to whey protein?
I mix my whey protein INTO my soy milk to get enough protein. Soy milk only has a few grams of protein, depending on the brand, so I would definitely still suggest whey protein powder. Also a good way to gain healthy weight is peanut butter & jellies on whole wheat. They are high in (good fat) calories and I read in a health magazine that is a good way to gain weight. Good luck!
