– Yes, you can use SMS service to promote your product, brand or service. But you cannot send this kind of commercial SMS just like this to anybody. For this you will have to take a permission from TRAI. TRAI has developed a NATIONAL DO NOT CALL Registry system for those who do not wish to get promotional calls & SMS. You cannot send SMS to the numbers registered as DO NOT CALL Numbers under NDNC Registry.
